26-year-old Levi Benbow is in jail after Reno Police say he started a fire on purpose.

There was a person inside the home when the fire was set but that officials say that person isn't harmed.

Officials said there was a crash that happened near South McCarran Boulevard and Sky Mountain Circle that is related.

They said while fire crews were responding to the fire, they saw the crash happen and split their resources.
