Police say a man is now in custody after a five-hour long standoff near west Second Street in downtown Reno on Christmas Eve.
Thankfully, no one was hurt after officers went inside an apartment and took him into custody, around 1:30 p.m.
Authorities say the incident started around 8:30 a.m. when two people saw the unidentified man with a rifle making threats.
