The Sparks Police Department says they are working on a four vehicle crash on McCarran Boulevard and Wedekind Road.
They say eastbound McCarran Boulevard from Sullivan Lane to El Rancho Drive was shut down while they worked on the crash.
NHP says one person was transported to the hospital but the extent of their injuries is unknown.
The cause of the crash is unknown at this time.
