S3 Development Co. says it plans to build a 380-acre master-planned community in Spanish Springs.
The project will be located at the intersection of Highland Ranch Parkway and Pyramid Way.
The approved project approval allows up to 1,800 dwelling units with construction beginning on the large-scale development within 12 to 18 months.
There’s no immediate word on when construction will begin.
