The California Highway Patrol (CHP) has debuted a new line of patrol SUVs to help in the war against unsafe driving on the state's highways.

The SUVs are designed with 'hidden' lights, in order to attempt to blend in with the public.

Officials say that the SUVs are meant to enable troopers to more easily target reckless driving like weaving, speeding and road rage incidents.

While the new SUVs are designed to blend in, officials say that they will be equipped with 360-degree lighting so that lights are visible from all sides of the vehicles when necessary.

CHP says that they rolled out the new vehicles this past week.
