ORIGINAL STORY:

The race between incumbent Democrat Senator Jacky Rosen and Republican challenger Sam Brown remains too close to call - days later.

The race remains extremely tight, but with numbers being so close, both candidates still feel that they will win.

"I am confident because of all of you because of all the work you've done because of all the heart you've put into it that we will win when all the votes are counted," Sen. Rosen said on Election night. We've asked for an updated comment from her office.

In a statement Thursday, Sam Brown's campaign said, "There are still tens of thousands of uncounted ballots in the race for U.S. Senate and the candidates are separated by less than 1 percent. There are also thousands of ballots which need to be cured. Sam Brown is committed to ensuring every legally cast, valid vote is counted."

It was the second election in a row that Titus defeated Republican Mark Robertson to keep her seat in the Las Vegas district she has represented for more than a decade. Horsford beat former North Las Vegas Mayor John Lee. Susie Lee prevailed over conservative policy analyst Drew Johnson. Nevada’s lone Republican Congressman, Mark Amodei, cruised to victory Tuesday night.
