The "Fighting for Reproductive Freedom" national bus tour is coming to Nevada as it travels across battleground states in the election's final weeks. The bus carrying Gwen Walz and actress Jennifer Garner is expected to stop in Reno on Saturday morning and then Carson City after. 

The bus is making 60 stops nationwide in both red and blue communities - to make its case against Donald Trump and J.D. Vance's record on reproductive rights and connection to Project 2025.

They say that Project 2025 details plans that would use the federal government to restrict reproductive freedom from women nationwide, including banning abortion, restricting access to contraceptives, and prosecuting healthcare providers.

According to the American non-partisan research organization, the Public Religion Research Institute PRRI 2024 American Values Atlas - which drew data from more than 100-thousand phone interviews nationwide - 76 percent of Nevadans support abortion access, and 2 percent of Nevadans oppose abortion in all cases.
