A power outage temporarily paused operations Monday at the Washoe County Admin. Complex, including the Registrar of Voters office.
Washoe County says people inside the registrar’s office paused operations but remained on site with observers and have since restarted their work.
Mailed-in ballots can be challenged if your signature is not the same as it looked when you registered or if you forgot a signature during the process.
Voters have until Tuesday at 5 p.m. to cure their ballot.
NV Energy says equipment issues caused the outage, that also affected the University of Nevada – I-80 corridor area.
Because Monday was the Veterans Day holiday, most of the offices were already closed at the complex.
