Democrat Nevada Secretary of State Cisco Aguilar has validated and approved 22,238 signatures for the Robert F. Kennedy Jr. team, more than double the required signatures for ballot access.
The RFK Jr. campaign is now clear to submit a declaration of candidacy and a list of electors by August 9th to be placed on Nevada’s November general election ballot.
