This week Carson City will host its first ever Murals & Music Festival.
It is set to begin on Thursday, September 28th and run through Saturday, September 30th.
Events will happen at multiple locations around the city.
Local and national artists have been invited to paint murals live throughout the city, with concerts at locations near the artists' work throughout the festival.
There will also be artists lectures, interactive paintings and mural tours.
