Current and former Reno Firefighters came together on Saturday to help families in need.
Firefighter Sam Saibini started the Sam Saibini Christmas Food Basket Program in 1932 and the program is carried on today in his honor.
On Saturday current and former firefighters and their families came together to build and distribute 150 boxes of food to needy families.
The Reno Firefighters Association shared information on the program alongside pictures on their Facebook page.
