Golden 2 Fire

Fire crews quickly contained a fire near Golden Eagle Regional Park, days after a similar fire broke out nearby. 

The Golden 2 Fire was contained to three acres while nearby the Golden Fire, at 1,226 acres is currently 98% contained. 

The new fire started just after 12:15 p.m. near Vista Blvd. 

Both fires remain under investigation.
