The Food Bank of Northern Nevada has announced its 2024 spring break Kids Cafe schedule.
Kids Cafe is a program offering free meals to children and youth when school is out of session.
Spring break meal sites will operate from March 25th through April 7th at six locations in Washoe County.
Those locations and their hours are:
- Evelyn Mount North East Community Center
- 1301 Valley Road, Reno
- Breakfast from 8:30 to 9 a.m., Lunch from noon to 12:30 p.m.
- Monday through Friday
- 1301 Valley Road, Reno
- North Valleys Library
- 1075 North Hills Boulevard, Reno
- Lunch from 11:30 a.m. to noon
- Monday through Saturday
- 1075 North Hills Boulevard, Reno
- Downtown Reno Library
- 301 South Center Street
- Lunch from 11 to 11:30 a.m.
- Sunday through Friday
- 301 South Center Street
- Ardmore Park
- 1200 12th Street, Sparks
- Lunch from 11:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
- Monday through Friday
- 1200 12th Street, Sparks
- Sparks Library
- 1125 12th Street, Sparks
- Lunch from 12:15 to 12:45 p.m.
- Seven days a week starting March 23rd

Meals are free for all children between the ages of two and 18 and children do not need to be part of any program to eat.
Kids Cafe meals must be eaten on site.
