An outage is impacting Carson City residents' ability to pay their water and sewer bills.
Carson City officials say the Citizen Self Service Online Portal is currently experiencing an outage and can't process any payments online.
Officials say that until the issue is resolved, you can pay your bill online on the Carson City payment page by clicking the one-time payment option.
You can also pay by phone by calling (888) 837-9291, or in person at the Carson City Treasurer's Office on North Carson Street.
