New court documents are shedding light on an investigation into a shooting that took place at the Grand Sierra Resort last week where one man was killed.

Last Tuesday at about 6 a.m. the Reno Police Department responded to call from a GSR guest room.

When GSR security located and entered the room they found 32-year-old Conor Housden with multiple gunshot wounds. He was unresponsive and not breathing.

After GSR security and RPD officers attempted to perform life saving measures, Housden was pronounced dead at the scene.

The two suspects arrested for Housden's death are 26-year-old Seth Hegne and 32-year-old Colton Fagundes.

According to court documents, about 30 minutes before the victim was pronounced dead, GSR video surveillance shows Fagundes and Hegne entering the room.

Less than a minute later both suspects are seen leaving the resort and no one else enters the room until police show up.

Police allegedly found drugs, ammunition, and a ghost gun in the hotel room.

Fagundes was arrested two days later. Documents allege that statements made during Fagundes' interview were untruthful and he was trying to hide his actions during the incident.

The day after Fagundes' arrest, Hegne turned himself in, however Hegne denied ever being at the GSR the morning of the shooting.

The motive is still unknown, but court documents share that Fagundes was friends with the victim for 15 years.

Fagundes and Hegne have been charged with open murder with a deadly weapon. They both are expected in court on Tuesday for a bail hearing.
