The deadline to comment on the final concept of the Teglia's Paradise Park Master Plan has been extended.

The City of Reno says the public can now submit their comments until April 28.

One of the biggest parks in the city, Teglia's Paradise Park has a stormwater retention pond system and an activity center, among other vital community amenities.

The City of Reno Parks and Recreation Department presented preliminary survey results at an initial community workshop in September 2024, which led to a number of potential park designs.

The preferred concept incorporates the community's input on the conceptual designs. Workshop participants will have the opportunity to provide input on the conceptual design that they would want to see used in the final master plan draft.

The final draft of the master plan will take into account the input received from the survey and workshop.

The Recreation and Parks Commission will review and approve the draft master plan after it is finished. It will be forwarded to the Reno City Council if approved.
