Crews are conducting emergency work along westbound I-80 at the Nevada and Sierra County line.
The emergency work includes cleaning out debris from several culverts due to the summer thunderstorms, according to a post by Caltrans District on X.
Caltrans says the number two lane will be closed for the next several weeks, Monday to Thursday 7 a.m. through 7 p.m.
It will also be closed on Friday 7 a.m. to noon.
