The Carson City Fire Department extinguished a fire at an apartment in northeast Carson City on Monday afternoon.
In a post on Facebook, the CCFD said the fire was contained to the apartment where it started.
Everyone living in that apartment had gotten out by the time firefighters arrived.
There were no injuries in the blaze.
The apartment suffered fire and smoke damage.
The cause is under investigation.
