Two-time Oscar nominee, Jeremy Renner, is sharing new details about the devastating accident that nearly cost him his life.
As we've reported, on New Year's Day of 2023 Renner was run over by a seven-ton snowcat he was operating, and broke more than 38 bones, at his home off of Mt. Rose Highway.
The 54-year-old discussed his survival and recovery on CBS Mornings -- a journey he writes about in his new memoir, "My Next Breath."
"It was a private incident that happened in my driveway -- why does anybody care about it but the act of writing it is really, kind of what I want people to take away from the book - getting out of your own way is quite important to achieve and get anything you want in your life.”
Renner's book is on sale now.
