Actor Jeremy Renner took to social media to offer New Year blessings and mark what he called his second "ReBirthday."
Two years ago, an accident in northern Nevada involving a snowplow left Renner in critical condition. He reflected on the incident and the people that helped him.
"I send out my love, respect, and gratitude for the army of people that it took to put me back together again," the Marvel star said in part. "Thank you to each and every nurse, doctor, first responder… I literally owe you my life."
He also thanked his nephew and neighbors for jumping to his aid that New Year's morning.
He also expressed gratitude for the love and prayers he got from all over the world and for his family who he says never left his side.
