Scams are becoming harder to identify, with people of all ages increasingly targeted online, through email, and over the phone.
Tim Johnston from the Better Business Bureau will be speaking at the Northwest Reno and Sparks Libraries to help people learn how to recognize and avoid scams, according to the Washoe County Library in an online post. For more information or to register, visit washoelibrary.org/scams.
