Lyon County Sheriff's Office joined forces with Nevada State Police for a traffic safety operation along Highway 50 East through Dayton and Mound House.
Throughout the week, they made 130 traffic stops, resulting in 47 citations and two DUI arrests.
In a post on Facebook, the sheriff's office says violations included speeding, tailgating, and failure to yield to oncoming traffic.
Radar recorded speeds ranging from 65 mph in a posted 45 mph zone to 80 mph in a posted 55 mph zone.
