The Washoe County coroner has identified the man killed in a late-night shooting on Selmi Drive earlier this week in Reno.

The medical examiner says 29-year-old Paul G. Pino of Sparks died from multiple gunshot wounds late Sunday night.

Police initially responded to a call of shorts fired near Clear Acre Lane around 11 p.m. when they found a man with an apparent gunshot wound.

Detectives from the Robbery Homicide Unit responded and took over the investigation.

Police say the suspect remains on the loose.

Police say they believe the shooting is an isolated incident and there's no threat to the public.
