Oasis Academy High School to host ribbon cutting and open house, Tuesday

Oasis Academy High School to be known as the Bighorns in Fallon invites you to celebrate its grand opening with a ribbon cutting ceremony.

The ceremony will take place on Tuesday, July 30 at the high school located at 1 Bighorn Way at 10 a.m.

Followed by a community open house at 10:30 a.m.

The charter high school was made possible by contributions from the William N. Pennington Foundation, Miles Construction and Frame Architectures, Inc. which broke ground on the project in August of 2023.

Oasis Academy is approximately 12,750 square feet and includes multiple classrooms, technology and science rooms, a library, a nurse's office and multiple administrative offices.

It will open just in time to welcome students for the 2024-2025 school year.
