One person is dead after a car crashed into a guardrail on I-580 south near Carson Street late Thursday morning.
Nevada State Police say the crash happened around 11:30 a.m.
Two other cars hit debris after the initial crash.
The person's name hasn't been released.Â
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
Nevada State Police say there will be intermittent lane closures in both directions while crews investigate the accident.
