Placer County deputies need your help finding possible witnesses to a fentanyl-related homicide last summer. 

The sheriff's office has released this video of a black SUV, in a Rocklin parking lot at 4415 Granite Drive on August 21st, around 3:30 p.m. 

Deputies say the car appears to be Toyota 4Runner or a similar model. 

The person or people inside may have witnessed events leading up to a fentanyl-related homicide.

"While the video quality is limited due to the distance from the camera, connecting with the owner or the people inside of this SUV could be critical to moving the investigation forward and ensuring accountability for this crime," says the sheriff's office.
