A rollover crash on Pyramid near The Nugget in Sparks is blocking a lane of traffic this afternoon.
Multiple cars appear to be involved in the crash, which is currently visible on an area traffic camera.
The right-most lane in the southbound direction of Pyramid is currently closed right before Victorian Street and the exit onto I-80 W.
