Missing teen runaway

Sparks Police officers need your help finding a runaway teen boy last seen on Wedekind Road on Sunday night. 

Police say 15-year-old Isaiah Fregoso was last seen around 9 p.m. 

They say he was last seen shirtless or in a white T-shirt, black pants, and dark colored shoes.
