Sept. 8 update:
A third person has died during this year's Burning Man Festival, with authorities identifying the attendee as a 51-year-old Truckee, California, man.
The Washoe County Regional Medical Examiner's Office identified the man as Armando Ramirez. He died while being transported from the Burning Man Festival for medical care in the early morning hours of Sept. 4 and was pronounced dead in an ambulance.
An examination was performed at the Medical Examiner's Office. The cause and manner of Ramirez's death are pending the results of additional testing. There is no concern for foul play.
The third death comes as the Pershing County Sheriff's Office has provided additional information about the other two deaths reported at the festival.
On Sept. 3 at about 6:36 p.m., deputies responded to Rampart, the temporary hospital at the festival, after being notified of a possible death. They found Sampson Tshombe deceased inside the hospital.
The Sheriff's Office said Tshombe had been found on a street within the festival.
Emergency personnel performed CPR on him for several minutes before a certified doctor pronounced him dead. Officials say there did not appear to be any external signs of foul play.
Because Tshombe's medical history was not available, he was transported to the Washoe County Regional Medical Examiner's Office for an autopsy and toxicology screening.
On Sept. 5 at about 3:17 p.m., deputies responded to another possible death in Black Rock City. They were told Craig Mann had been found deceased in a trailer he was sharing with his significant other.
The Sheriff's Office said there did not appear to be any outward signs of foul play after a preliminary investigation. Mann was also transported to the Medical Examiner's Office for an autopsy and toxicology screening because of a lack of medical history and no other pertinent information available from people he was living with.
The Sheriff's Office said the autopsy and toxicology results for Tshombe and Mann are expected to take approximately six to eight weeks. No further information will be released until those results are gathered.

Sept. 5 update:
The Burning Man Project has announced that a second person has died in Black Rock City.
Craig Mann, a 60-year-old attendee was found dead by campmates in his camp on Saturday, just after 3 p.m.
No other details about his death were released.
Sept. 4 update:
A Burning Man attendee in his mid-50s has died after experiencing a medical emergency at Black Rock City.
According to a post on the Burning Man Project, the man immediately received lifesaving measures and was transported to the onsite emergency care center, where he was pronounced dead.
Burning Man Project says his name will not be released until his family has been notified.
