The Truckee Meadows Water Authority is responding to a water main leak near downtown Reno.
It is happening on Ryland Street, according to a post on TMWA's Facebook page.
Ryland Street and East Liberty Street are currently closed in both directions between Holcomb Avenue and High Street while repairs are underway.
TMWA is working with the City of Reno to manage traffic in the area.
People are advised to avoid the area and use alternate routes if possible.
