Restoration work is underway on the doors at the historic Piper's Opera House in Virginia City.
According to a post from Storey County on X, restoration, which is being completed by the Reyman Brothers team, is moving along steadily.
The project is being supported through a grant from the Commission for Cultural Centers and Historic Preservation.
"Right now, the team is giving the windows a fresh coat of paint while rehabilitating the doors at their shop in Reno," said the post in part. "We wanted to share an in-progress look at the craftsmanship and care going into this restoration work."
