Two people were arrested on Wednesday on a number of charges after an investigation involving a stolen Toyota Tacoma.
In their investigation, Washoe County Sheriff's Office detectives allegedly found Riley Bawcom and Ashley Decarie in possession of the Tacoma, according to a release from the WCSO.
During their investigation, detectives also allegedly saw Bawcom enter and exit Cabela’s and later determined he had stolen approximately $600 worth of ammunition.
Bawcom was taken into custody and booked on charges including possession of a stolen motor vehicle, grand larceny of a motor vehicle, display of bogus plates, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, and a parole violation warrant.
He is currently on probation for possession of a stolen motor vehicle.
Ashley Decarie was also taken into custody and booked on charges including possession of a controlled substance and petit larceny.
