The Washoe County School District and Northern Nevada Public Health are holding several after-school immunization clinics.
Students aged 9 and older are welcome in to receive age-appropriate required immunizations, or to catch up on immunizations they haven't received yet.
To be prepared, make sure to have the parents' and students' identification and insurance cards if they have them, as insurance will cover the immunization costs.
Uninsured families can get immunizations at no charge.
The immunizations available at the clinics will include:
- MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)
- Hepatitis A & B
- HPV (Human Papillomavirus)
- Meningococcal B
- Meningococcal disease (also called MCV4)
- Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis)
- Varicella (Chicken Pox)

Wednesday, April 23 - 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Damonte Ranch High School

Thursday, May 29 - 4:00 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Wooster High School
1331 E. Plumb Lane, Reno
