At a meeting Thursday night, the Sparks Planning Commission approved a new restaurant for the Sparks Marina.
The Yard House restaurant is coming to the Outlet at Legends.
The location would be west of the Grimaldi's Pizzeria and south of the Galaxy Theater on the east side of the marina.
Yard House is a chain restaurant that originated in Long Beach.
It is unclear when construction will begin.
