Reno Police have arrested a man they say tried to break into a home with three women inside.
Police say the suspect, Erik Viscarra went to the home on W. 12th Street on Wednesday night and opened the storm door.
One of the women, believing it was another roommate, then opened the front door to see Viscarra, and immediately shut the door.
But, police say a short time later, the women again heard their storm door opened and someone trying to open the front door, only to see Viscarra had returned.
The women called 911 and stayed on the line until officers arrived about four minutes later.
A man matching Viscarra's description was found on Coleman Avenue near 12th Street and detained him.
Viscarra was booked into the Washoe County Jail on stalking and attempted burglary charges.
The investigation remains ongoing.
