On Friday, January 26, 2024 members of the Regional Crime Suppression Unit (RCSU) and the U.S. marshals Service (USMS) arrested Charles Wise in Sparks, Nevada.
The USMS says Wise was wanted for a murder with malice warrant out of Clayton County, Georgia.
In July of 2022, Wise allegedly shot his girlfriend multiple times and killed her.
The USMS Regional Task Force in Atlanta, Georgia learned that Wise was living in Sparks.
Wise was booked into the Washoe County Detention Facility as a "Fugitive From Justice" and will be extradited back to Georgia.
