According to officials, two people were killed and the suspect is dead in a shooting at an apartment building in downtown Minneapolis. The Minneapolis Police Department says three of its officers were among those injured Wednesday. Hennepin County Medical Center said it received seven patients, and that the three officers are in stable condition. Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz said in a post on social media that the state is praying for its first responders.
