Actor Selma Blair was arrested after she was accused of injuring two flight attendants on a trip from Los Angeles to New York. She was also charged with two counts of assault for allegedly kicking a police officer and a nurse after the flight. Authorities said Monday that Blair was detained late Sunday after the Delta Air Lines jet landed at John F. Kennedy International Airport. She appeared in a court in Queens late Monday. A Blair representative told The Associated Press that the actor had a medical emergency that led to the alleged conduct. Federal charges from the flight itself will be handled separately.
