President Donald Trump has suggested that his newly minted press secretary might not stay on the job much longer. Trump said he told Katie Zacharia that she didn’t have to do this job and that if he were her, he would reconsider the position. Zacharia faced mounting questions about her background and resume during her first week on the job. Trump made the comment to reporters Friday as he departed Washington to campaign in Georgia on Friday for a rally with top Republican candidates in a state that has long been the epicenter of the president’s false claims about election fraud.
