The Department of Employment, Training, and Rehabilitation released a jobs report for Nevadans in March.
The total employment level in the state is 1,541,200.
DETR says the state’s unemployment rate in March is 5.5%, unchanged from 5.5% in February and up 0.2 percentage points when compared to March 2022.
Chief Economist David Schmidt says health care and leisure industries saw the largest gains, while construction saw the largest decline over the month.
