The Lyon County Sheriff's Department has released information about an arrest they made on Saturday of a sex offender.
On March 22, the Lyon County Sheriff's Office Sex Offender Task Force came across an out-of-compliance Tier II sex offender while doing compliance checks on registered offenders.
50-year old Robert Thomas Weathers of Dayton, NV was found to have violated his registration requirements, and was booked into Lyon County Jail.
