A man is in custody following a hit-and-run crash that happened Wednesday afternoon in the area of the University of Nevada.
The crash happened just before 3 p.m. on Virginia Street in front of Argenta Hall, a University Police spokesperson said.
It involved three cars including a Cadillac Escalade, a Chevy, and another car whose make and model was not revealed.
The spokesperson says the Chevy was the striking car, and that the driver of the Chevy fled the scene.
There was a short foot chase on campus before the man who fled was arrested and charged with leaving the scene and obstruction.Â
University Police and Reno Police assisted in the case.
