Twin Peaks restaurant has filed a permit to remodel the shuttered Claim Jumper site in south Reno. 

According to documents obtained by 2 News Nevada, plans are to demolish and remodel the site, located at 4905 South Virginia Street. 

Currently, there is chain link fencing around the building. 

Reno's Apex Construction is listed as a contractor on the Twin Peaks project. 

There is no word yet on when construction might start or when the location is expected to open.

Claim Jumper closed its doors last September.Â
