A wildfire east of Sparks has closed an eastbound lane of I-80 in the Patrick area.
That is according to the Nevada Department of Transportation.
People are advised to avoid the area.
Smoke from the fire can be seen on NDOT traffic cameras.
It is unconfirmed at this time what caused the fire, how large it is, if anyone has been injured, or if any buildings are threatened.
