National security advisers from Europe and other allies have discussed security guarantees in Kyiv as the U.S.-led push to end the war in Ukraine intensifies. Saturday's discussions should be followed by a meeting Tuesday between Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and European leaders. Zelenskyy said work on the peace proposals could now accelerate as Ukraine has shared all documents under discussion with the 18 national security advisers. He also said he hoped that documents on security guarantees would be finalized at Tuesday's meeting in Paris. The Ukrainian president also announced further changes to the government.
