Russian missile and drone attacks struck at least four Ukrainian regions and killed five people, officials said. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, meanwhile, said Tuesday that his country’s forces had damaged two more Russian oil refineries in long-range strikes. The continuing exchange of aerial attacks comes as Zelenskyy visits the United States to meet world leaders at the U.N. General Assembly in New York and seek support for ending Russia’s invasion. French President Emmanuel Macron has pledged additional radar systems to help protect Ukraine’s power grid. Zelenskyy also plans to discuss measures to reduce tensions and seek more U.S.-made Patriot air defense systems.
