NHP: No One Hurt After Motorhome Crash Near Carson City

Nevada Highway Patrol says drowsy driving may have contributed to a rollover crash on I-580 Monday morning in Carson City.

The crash was first reported just before 9:30 a.m.

Investigators say the driver of a white sedan rear-ended a motorhome, causing it to roll.

Troopers say no one was hurt.

"Drowsy driving causes just as many fatalities a year as driving under the influence or distracted driving because really you're not focused on the road, you get the long blinks, it's never a good thing to driven when you're falling asleep," says Trp. Dan Gordon.

Troopers say rollover crashes like this, without any injuries, are a rarity.
