The Reno Police Department says a suspicious item in the north parking lot of Renown South Meadows Medical Center turned out to be multiple security devices, often used for electronics, stuck to a truck.
Officials say the bomb squad used a robot to investigate an item Monday morning, and the video showed a small package with wires and was making "an odd noise." After investigating investigators found it was about a dozen "spider wraps" stuck to the bottom of a pickup truck.
The north parking lot was closed during the investigation however officials with the hospital say it was operating normally.
