President Trump Wants to Read Ukraine Transcript in 'Fireside Chat'

President Trump reportedly wants to read the Ukraine call transcript aloud to the American people. 

In an interview with the Washington Examiner, Trump signaled he will not cooperate with the Democratic party's impeachment proceedings. 

The president says his conversation with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky was "a good call" and he did nothing wrong. 

A whistleblower raised concerns alleging Trump pressed Ukraine to investigate former Vice President Joe Biden and his son Hunter by leveraging military aid money. 

Trump denies the claims. 

Trump said he may read the full transcript of the call as a fireside chat on live television.Â
