UPDATE: The Washoe County Medical Examiner's Office has identified the man killed in a shooting that happened on Friday night.
They said 52-year-old Christopher Gambsky was pronounced dead at Renown Regional Medical Center.
Reno Police are still looking for the shooter.
The Reno Police say on January 25, 2019 at approximately 8:26 pm officers responded to the 600 block of Lake Street on a report of shots fired with one victim having been struck.Â
Upon arrival, officers located a 52 year old male with multiple gunshot wounds.Â
He was transported to RENOWN Medical Center where he was pronounced deceased.Â
Detectives responded and are currently working the investigation.
The unknown suspect and the handgun are outstanding. Identification of the victim is pending confirmation.

Secret Witness is offering a reward amount of $2,500.00 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspect (s) wanted in connection with the homicide.

The Reno Police Department says they are investigating a shooting that happened in an alley at 6th and 7th Streets in between Lake and Evans Avenue on Friday night.
They said around 8:20 p.m. they responded to reports of shots fired in the alleyway.
When they arrived, they found an adult male victim down with gunshot wounds.
He was transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. His condition is unknown at this time.
Reno Police say the investigation is still in its early stages and they are working on details for a suspect and suspect vehicle.
They said they're not sure if the victim and suspect knew each other.
Reno Police is urging the public to avoid the area until further notice.
